Our Fabric (SLVR777)

SLVR777™ – Two Years to Build the World’s First 50 GHz Medical Scrub Fabric

Most EMF protection fabrics are afterthoughts – a coating sprayed onto an existing textile, or a thin silver layer laminated between two sheets of synthetic fiber. They look good in product photos. They fail in the wash. We spent two years developing something different. SLVR777™ is a precision-engineered textile co-developed with our exclusive manufacturing partner, in which 35% pure silver fiber is woven thread-by-thread into the fabric structure itself. The shielding isn’t applied. It’s the textile. This is the fabric behind every SilverScrubs® product in our line.

Why 50 GHz Matters

5G networks operate across a wide spectrum. Sub-6 GHz frequencies cover most current 5G deployment. Millimeter-wave 5G (mmWave) operates from roughly 24 GHz to 47 GHz, with planned future expansion into higher bands. Many shielding fabrics test only up to 20 GHz or 40 GHz, leaving the higher mmWave frequencies untested. SLVR777™ is verified to 50 GHz – covering the full deployed and emerging 5G spectrum, plus traditional Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and cellular bands.
