About Us
Why We Created Silver Scrubs®
We didn’t set out to start a scrub company. We set out to innovate daily workwear for signal-dense environments, creating conductive silver-fiber apparel built specifically for the demands of modern clinical spaces.
I’m a regenerative medicine doctor. I spend my days helping people heal using some of the most advanced tools out there—things like stem cells, peptides, and frequency-based therapies. But even with all of that, there was one thing I couldn’t ignore:

I’m a regenerative medicine doctor. In hospitals and clinics I’ve spent years working in environments filled with Wi-Fi, cellular signals, Bluetooth, and medical equipment running around the clock.
Traditional technical under-layers were hot, bulky, and impractical for long shifts. We wanted professional apparel that incorporated conductive silver-fiber technology directly into the garment — something designed for people who work long hours in tech-dense environments
From an Idea to a “Wait… Why Doesn’t This Exist?” Moment.
We were already developing conductive silver-fiber hats for professional use. One day while testing designs, we had a simple realization:
“Why hasn’t anyone made technical silver-fiber scrubs designed for long clinical shifts?”
It felt so obvious. And yet… no one had done it.
So we did.
Introducing Silver Scrubs®
Breathable medical scrubs constructed with conductive silver-fiber fabric woven directly into the textile.
These scrubs were designed to solve the very problem I faced every day. With Jim’s product development expertise and my experience on the clinical side, we created something that finally made sense for people who live and work in high-tech environments.

About our approach to product information
About SLVR Wear™ means understanding both the clothing and the information that accompanies it. The collection brings together medical scrubs, headwear, a polo shirt, blankets and a phone pouch. These products have different formats and fabrics. Choosing one begins with its own description, dimensions and use information rather than a claim borrowed from another category.
Start with the garment you need
Medical uniforms have to work as clothing first. Review the top and pant measurements separately and think about the layers you normally wear. Complete scrub sets allow different top and pant sizes. A top-only or pants-only option offers another way to choose the pieces you need. Current product pages show the available selections and ordering details.
Headwear and the polo offer different everyday styles. The cap has a familiar baseball-cap shape, the beanie has a knit construction, and the polo has a collar and short sleeves. These are separate items with their own fit and care information. The choice should reflect how you intend to wear the item and the details published for it.
Be specific about fabric and testing
The composition listed for the scrub fabric is 59% polyester, 35% metallic and 6% spandex. The polo uses a different blend: 53% cotton, 42% silver fiber and 5% polyester. A shared interest in conductive textiles does not make those constructions identical. Read the composition on the product page for the item being considered.
The published scrub-fabric report describes a tested sample. Results vary by frequency, and whole-garment performance is lower at openings and seams. Testing of the shielding fabrics used in other products is in progress. No shielding claim is made for the compact baby lap blanket. Our Lab Results page keeps those distinctions together so that readers can check the status by product.
Keep fit, dimensions and care together
For a blanket, compare both dimensions with the space where you plan to use it. For a phone pouch, measure the phone with its case and accessories attached; exterior dimensions do not describe the usable interior space. These practical checks help explain the difference between a product name and the fit information needed for a particular purchase.
Care is also product-specific. The hat requires gentle hand washing and must not be machine washed or machine dried. Follow the sewn label supplied with each item instead of applying a general answer to the entire collection. If a label, dimension or listing needs clarification, contact the team with the product name and the wording you want checked.
