Order Track information and practical help for your SLVR Wear™ purchase. Review the details on this page and use the section links to find the topic you need.
Order Track: look up your purchase
Use the Order Track form above to look up an existing purchase. Enter the order number and billing email requested by the form. Use the details from the purchase confirmation rather than a product name, a parcel reference or the email address you use for a different account. These details help identify the purchase you want to review.
The guide below explains how to find those records and how to ask for help if the form cannot identify an order. It does not change an order, cancel a purchase or submit a return request. For those questions, contact the team and wait for a response about the options available for your specific purchase.
Find the correct confirmation
Search the email account used at checkout for the purchase confirmation. If you have several purchases, compare their dates and product selections before copying an order number. Keep the original message available while entering the details. A parcel reference from a dispatch email is not necessarily the same reference requested by the order lookup form.
Check spam, junk and any automatic shopping folders if you cannot see a confirmation in the main inbox. If you used another email address for the purchase, check that account as well. Avoid guessing a series of unrelated references. If you still cannot locate the message, contact support with the name and email address associated with the purchase.
Enter the billing email carefully
Use the billing email recorded when you placed the purchase. Check for typing errors, extra spaces or a different email address copied from another message. If you normally use several accounts, the address on the purchase confirmation is the relevant reference for this form. An email address used for a newsletter may differ from the one used at checkout.
If you no longer have access to that inbox, explain the situation to support. Do not create a new purchase just to obtain another reference. The team can tell you which information is needed to review the existing order. Never send an email password, account password or complete payment-card number in a message asking for lookup help.
Read the result alongside your emails
After using the form, compare the result with the confirmation and any later dispatch messages. Processing, dispatch and delivery describe different stages. The Shipping Policy explains the stated processing information and how backordered or pre-sale items may be handled. Read those details before treating an order status as a promise about a delivery date.
If the result does not answer your question, note the reference and the wording you want explained. Tell support which item is involved and whether the question concerns processing, a backorder, a dispatched parcel or another part of the purchase. This is more useful than sending only a screenshot with no identifying order information.
Follow a dispatched parcel
Use the tracking link in the dispatch email for the parcel you are checking. A carrier update describes the parcel’s journey; the store’s order record describes the purchase. Keep the relevant emails together so that you can distinguish the two. If more than one parcel is associated with a purchase, check which items appear in each message.
The policy describes circumstances in which backordered items may be sent separately. If part of a purchase has arrived and another item has not, review the confirmation and dispatch messages before assuming that they refer to a single parcel. Include the specific item and parcel reference when asking the team to check the remaining part.
If the form cannot find a result
Recheck the order number and billing email against the original confirmation. Confirm that you are looking up a purchase placed through this website and that you have not copied a reference from an unrelated store or marketplace. Keep any error wording available so that you can describe what happened when asking for help.
If the details appear correct, use the Contact page to ask the team to review the lookup. Include the name on the purchase, the date if available, the product concerned and the email address used at checkout. State that the question concerns the Order Track form. Wait for instructions rather than repeatedly placing another order or sending sensitive account credentials.
Other requests and useful references
An order lookup is separate from a return, exchange or request to correct a delivery detail. Use the Refunds and Exchanges page for the return process and the Shipping Policy for delivery information. Contact the team if you need a change reviewed; whether a change can be made depends on the stage and details of the purchase.
Keep the confirmation and support replies until your question is resolved. General guidance about reviewing online-store policies and retaining purchase records is also available from the Federal Trade Commission. That independent resource does not display your order status. For information about a particular purchase, use the form above or contact the team with the relevant reference.
